I'm commited to providing opportunities for you to heal from past hurts, and move on with your life.
I'm Claire. Mum to two little humans. Believer in personal freedom, and general badass.
My mission began in 2017, when I became a single mum of a 9 month old and a toddler.
It was hard.
I struggled.
A lot. If you don't already, go and follow me on Facebook. I share the whole journey there.
I started looking for ways to turn things around, and I found them. You can read more about my story here. There are many ways for humans to heal, if we are courageous enough to do the work. I was so adamant that I wouldn't end up ten years on, still bitter, still resenting my ex, still anxious and unfulfilled.
Much of my work is with single mums. The kind who know they want things to change.
While the statistics would have us believe we don't stand a chance (49 % of children in the nearly 2 million single parent households in the UK live in poverty*, and women are on average 20 % worse off after divorce*...) I was determined not to follow this trend.
It seemed to me that if J.K. Rowling could make it, I could. Except that when I typed 'how did J.K. Rowling do it' (I'm actually not joking...) in to Google, it didn't exactly provide a roadmap... I also didn't have any time to spend in coffee shops, let alone endless hours for writing a best-seller. In fact, I barely had a minute in which to recover from the relentless daily grind of work and looking after the kids. I was exhausted.
But as she says herself: 'Anything is possible if you've got enough nerve'.
So I went about it my own way. I dug deep, and re-trained in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), because this is what helped me see all the possibilities available to me. With each step I took, I gained more personal power.
Now, as a coach, I lead women through this journey. So that they may live the lives they deserve, and build the foundations for a truly happy life.
